Inpatient & Outpatient Psych

Music therapy is a clinical and evidence-based practice used in both inpatient and outpatient settings to address physical, emotional, cognitive, and social needs. In inpatient care, such as hospitals or psychiatric units, music therapy can help reduce pain, anxiety, and stress, support emotional expression, and improve patient mood and cooperation. In outpatient settings, including clinics or community programs, it often focuses on long-term goals like improving communication, managing symptoms of depression or trauma, and enhancing quality of life. Music therapy sessions are led by certified professionals and tailored to individual or group needs, making it a versatile tool in holistic healthcare.
